JAG Summer Programme 2017 Information

Start date: Tuesday 11th July 2017

End date: Thursday 31st August 2017

Days offered: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Session times:

Session 1: 8.45am-10.45am

Session 2: 11.00am 1.00pm

Subjects: Maths, English, Arts & Crafts.

(Please note that children Year 3 and under must undertake Arts & Crafts as their second subject).

Group size: Group sizes are limited to 6 children (5 for the nursery group on Thursday).

Duration of programme: 8 weeks.

Fees: £18 (two hours) £10 (one hour).

Payment for the summer programme will be due the week beginning 10/07/17. Upon taking up a space you are accepting that the full 8 session programme will be paid. If your child is unable to attend a session due to holiday or sickness, we will happily arrange a ‘make up’ session during another session of the summer programme. However, please note that we must be notified in advance of any absences and that all 8 sessions must be paid in full, regardless of attendance.

Due to last minute cancellations and people failing to pay in the past, your child’s place will ONLY be confirmed once a deposit of one week’s fees (£18 (2 hours) or £10 (1 hour)) has been paid. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the programme.

Please note that Jump Ahead reserves the right of admission, and can decline admittance without excuses. Also please note that if your child disrupts our sessions or displays challenging behaviour that we feel is interfering with other children’s learning they will be asked not to attend any further sessions. Any fee’s paid up to that point will be non-refundable.

RE: May 2017 Fees

Thank you for your continued support of Jump Ahead. We have a few notices to share:

  • Fees for May are due on the week beginning Monday 1st May 2017.
  • There is no session on Thursday 25th May due to Ascension Thursday.
  • Sessions begin at 4:00pm and end at 6:00pm.  (Doors will open for students at 3:50pm for the first session and 4.55pm for children joining us for the second session)

Should your child be unable to attend a Jump Ahead session please inform us by text, phone call or email (+350 54021144 or jumpaheadgibraltar@gmail.com) in advance and OUTSIDE OF NORMAL SCHOOL HOURS. Should your child miss a session they will have the opportunity to ‘make-up’ the session during another of the sessions of that same month.
